What Photo Should I Choose?
Choose a clear photo of your pet doing something that shows their personality—whether it's cute, silly, or uniquely them. If you're unsure which photo to use, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
Can I Have Multiple Pets In One Portrait?
Yes, that is possible. Each extra pet drawn is an additional €50. Select from the 'multiple pets' menu to choose the total number of pets.
What Is The Total Turnaround Time?
Turnaround time is 1-7 business days. From the moment I receive your order, I will start drawing. Depending on the number of review rounds, I aim to finish the portrait within 7 business days.
Can I Cancel Or Return My Portrait?
Because each portrait is custom-made especially for you, we cannot accept returns. We make sure you are completely happy with the design before sending you the final artwork.
