I dreamt the sun came and took me away
It was quiet, not a soul outside
We shared some French fries while I sat on a green bench
We saw many people getting sick
Overworked hospital staff
It made me feel anxious and sad
I kept thinking about a dried-out plant I found in our new home
When I watered it, it grew a beautiful flower
despite it all
Its resilience gave me hope
