  • Damaged Order

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue to: info@ngatinglee.com, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

  • Cancellation Fee

    This shopping platform automatically charges us 3.5% once an order is placed, which is why we have a cancellation fee in place.

  • Why are portraits out of stock?

    We value quality over quantity, and the artist has limited time to work on the portraits, so we put a maximum amount of available portraits. Sign up for the notification e-mail to get a reminder once a new spot opens up.

  • Potrait Format

    Is the portrait in landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) format? Both formats are possible, depending on the photo you provide. Leave a note for us to describe your wishes, and we will do our best to make them happen.
