  • My Order Arrived Damaged, What To Do?

    Please email a photo of the issue to info@ngatinglee.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll do everything we can to make it right.

  • Why Are Portraits Out Of Stock?

    To ensure the highest quality, we accept a limited number of portrait commissions. Sign up for our notification email, and we'll let you know when a new spot opens.

  • What Is Gliceé Printing?

    Giclée printing is the gold standard used by museums and galleries worldwide. Pigment-based archival inks deliver smoother gradients, richer colour depth and long-lasting brilliance that won’t fade when displayed indoors.

  • I Need A Portrait Quickly. What Is The Fastest Option?

    If you need a portrait as quickly as possible, we recommend a Digital Portrait with a turnaround time of 1-5 business days.

  • Do You Offer Framed Art Prints?

    We do not offer framed prints at the moment, we are still researching a framing company that we are 100% happy with. Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates on this.

  • What Packaging Do You Use?

    We use durable, plastic-free packaging such as cardboard boxes made from recycled materials or sturdy cardboard tubes. A4 sizes ship flat, all other sizes ship rolled.

  • When Will My Portrait Arrive?

    Turnaround times are confirmed at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

    Shipping times are estimated due to possible delays by local couriers, which we have no control over. Thank you for keeping that in mind.

  • Will My Portrait Be Landscape Or Portrait?

    Both landscape (horizontal) and portrait (vertical) formats are possible, depending on the photo you provide.

    If you have a preference, simply leave a note with your order. We’ll do our best to create the portrait in your preferred format.

  • Can I Cancel Or Return My Portrait?

    Because each portrait is custom-made especially for you, we cannot accept returns. Before printing, we make sure you are completely happy with the design and approve the artwork.

    You may cancel your order before the artist has started working on your portrait. In that case, a 3.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment platform charges.

  • How Much Import Tax Will Be Charged?

    Your order may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. For details, please check with your local customs authorities.
