- You may cancel your order before the artist has started working on your portrait. In that case, a 3.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment platform charges.

Preview and approve your portrait in 1-5 business days. We make sure you are 100% happy with it before we print.
3) Track Your Package
Your portrait goes into production which takes 2-4 business days. You receive a tracking link once it ships.

What Photo Should I Choose?
Choose a clear photo of your pet doing something that shows their personality—whether it's cute, silly, or uniquely them. If you're unsure which photo to use, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
Can I Have Multiple Pets In One Portrait?
Yes, that is possible. Each extra pet drawn is an additional €50. Select from the 'multiple pets' menu to choose the total number of pets.
